The industry gets a new favourite framework with reassuring regularity. We don’t have to rebuild everything each time it does.
New technology has to earn the disruption it brings. Old technology has to keep earning its place too; “we’ve always used it” is no better an argument than “everyone on Hacker News is using it.”
Use the boring thing while it works. Replace it when it becomes the problem.
