When one person makes a good-faith mistake, the rest of us don’t get to stand at a safe distance and point.
Maybe they lacked context. Maybe review failed, the deadline was silly, or asking for help felt harder than it should have. Whatever happened, blame alone leaves the next person walking toward the same hole.
We fix the hole. Bad faith is another matter, but ordinary human error belongs to all of us.
