We've said goodbye to Next.js and gone back to what we know best: React and Vite. It fits Packbase better, which means we can spend more time making the site good and less time arguing with the framework.
We cleaned up the server and codebase while we were in there, so a few things should load faster or behave better. We also:
- fixed the cropped feed loading animation;
- fixed the Pack selector pill refusing to turn white in dark mode;
- raised feed comment previews to six, with the full thread still waiting on the Howl page; and
- made Enter submit comments in the feed, as Enter has been asking us to do all along.
Also, if you fancy breaking something, try the settings template editor. If you make it render or execute JavaScript, please let us know!!
