Woo, here we go.

We've refreshed the feed and given threads their own shareable pages, so you can finally copy a Howl link and put it wherever you like. Basic channel browsing is here too. You can't create channels yet, and a fairly large server change means every Howl currently belongs to #all—including Howls inside Packs.

Your notification inbox also actually loads through the API now! Some interactions still don't generate a notification, but hey, it loads.

Behind the scenes, we added channel data and routes, clearer loading states, stricter API request and response checks, better generated API docs, mobile layout fixes and the first experimental plugin surface at window.packbase. A few UI components now emit events for extensions as well.

Initial page loads now skip some fetching when nothing has changed. Old search terms can preload their results when you hover over search, session fetching has a proper loading state, the type is a touch smaller, and hover effects now match the style guide's inner shadow.

The developer playtool is available regardless of staff status too. No public docs yet though. Have fun poking at it :3

I've been doing little besides Packbase, so I'm taking a short breather after this release. I'll still fix anything properly broken, but new features may be quiet for a week or two.

Also, if you know TypeScript, React or Dart—professionally or just for fun—please let us know! We're looking for dev help!!
